SASSA Takes Solutions to Fernie Neighborhood

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently browsing the Fernie two Neighborhood Hall in Mpuluzi to render services towards the community.

SASSA are going to be rendering expert services which include new social grant applications, change of payment method, consumer treatment enquiries, together with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In an announcement, the agency mentioned it is actually alarmed with regard to the substantial amount of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The aim on the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to a superior quantity of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is due to lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no fully functional office dedicated to service the area every day. The provider issue established for intervention experiences a large influx of prospective beneficiaries, which makes it challenging for your office to attend to all people who go to a service point.
